LD Sledge

Three score and fifteen years have taught me many things, and given me more material to write about than I can ever finish.  My kidhood as Huckleberry Finn growing up in the country in Northwest Louisiana, high school pitching baseball and playing basketball, fishing and hunting, college, then three years Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps (legal), then practicing law and living in the New Orleans French Quarter, followed by myriad adventures as an “in the trenches” courtroom lawyer gives me a stack of experiences to write about that is “stories” high.  I now live in Palm Harbor, Florida, and will continue to produce.

Look for free offerings as they come available. I predict writing a Cajun Cookbook, and will give away some of my fabulous recipes. I will also give away a short booklet filled with short stories and Huckleberry Finn adventures. So stay tuned as this project evolves.
